This very unusual Vintage bracelet (ca1970s) is based on the original LOVE Collection designed by Aldo Cipullo for Cartier. Originally and most commonly produced in solid gold or platinum, this particular bracelet was commissioned by Charles Revson and meticulously reproduced in gold electroplate as a more affordable option. The design is known as the 'Ultima' II LOVE Bracelet, serving as a symbol of timeless love and passionate romance. Crafted in electroplated yellow gold, the oval-shaped bangle features an iconic screw head motif that carries around the entire outer surface. Accompanying the bracelet is a gold-filled screwdriver and screw used to open and fasten the bracelet, which is hinged and clasps at the side. Stamped on the inside of the bangle are multiple hallmarks, which include: "© 1970 ALDO CIPULLO," "GOLD ELECTROPLATE," and "CHARLES REVSON, INC." The bracelet is accompanied by a detailed insert explaining the origins of the piece. Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 3/8" wide and 1 7/8" tall, and would fit nicely on a small to average sized wrist. The surface of the bracelet measures approximately 1/4" wide. The gold screwdriver measures about 2 3/8" long.

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold-plated setting. The hinge, clasp, screw, and screwdriver are in good working order.
