Wonderfully Wicked Opal Overload set began with an absolutely stunning fiery Opal. It is perfectly wire wrapped in a 14K GF prong setting to show of all the flashes of orange, pink, green blue and purple. The Opal unset, has a weight of 5.82carats, and is 18mm long by 12mm wide and almost 4mm thick. The finished pendant is almost 2" long from the top of the bail to the bottom of the tassels of Swarovski Crystal drops, genuine Opal beads, and fresh water pearls. (The last photo is the opal before I set it).

The balance of this set is an absolutely drop-dead gorgeous combination of Freshwater Cornflake and Heshi Pearls, Genuine Opal beads, Swarovski Crystal drops and briolettes, and 14k GF beads to compliment the flashes in the Opal. This piece is finished with 14K GF chain and lobster clasp that allows the wearer to adjust the length from 16 1/2" to 21 1/2" long.

The matching earrings on 14K GF ball posts feature Freshwater Heshi Pearls, Genuine Opal beads, 14k GF beads, and delicate Swarovski Crystal drops. They measure just over 2 1/2" long from the posts.

►14K Gold Filled is a federally regulated amount of 14K gold (5%) rolled on to a base metal, usually brass. It is the next best thing to solid 14K gold. It has no nickel in it and is considered hypoallergenic. It will not tarnish or discolor your skin. The finish will last one to five years under heavy wear (like a ring - though I have lots of rings and bracelets that are still great looking after 20 years) and a lifetime under occasional wear (like an ear cuff or earring).

I will be a little sad to see this go, as this is my absolute favorite Opal I've ever had in my collection. This is a one of kind set, and cannot be duplicated. This ships gift-boxed.
